- ½ large lettuce, chopped

- ¾ teaspoon: cumin - salt

how to prepare
- Pour a cup of hot water over the wheat and stir every two minutes for 15 minutes until the wheat softens and the grains puff up, then add the pepper molasses, tomato molasses, cumin and salt over the wheat and knead for 15 minutes. We get a soft and coherent dough. Then add the onion, parsley, mint, and chopped lettuce and toss well until everything is combined, then add the olive oil and toss.
- Serve half of the lettuce leaves on a platter, add the eggs, and serve with your main course and healthy.
