- For the flour:

- 3 quarter cups and two spoons of milk

How to prepare: Maarouk Ramadan with dates
- In a blender, add milk, sugar and yeast, start and let it work.
- Then add eggs and milk and stir, then add flour and salt and mix well.
- Then add the butter and knead until you get a good dough, then cover and let it rest for an hour.
- In the meantime, we mix dates with cinnamon and butter, mix them and make three sticks.
- Now we come back to the dough when it rises, we divide it into 6 sections to make 3 days of filling in 3 plates as taste. Without food, we take each piece,
- decorate it, spread it well with our hands, put it on a tray with paper and cover it.
