- 1.25 teaspoons: peanut oil - black peppercorns - fennel plant - brown sugar
How to prepare Vindaloo fish
- Put the peanut oil in a hot skillet, put the garlic and onions in their skins, fry for 20 minutes until cooked, then add the paprika, peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, cumin and fennel sticks, and sprinkle for it. For 4 minutes, remove the garlic and onion and cut them, then put them in the blender and the spices in the pan and add ginger, tamarind, sugar, half of the vinegar and salt, and grind well until the mixture is smooth. and homogenous, then put half of it in a bowl with other wine, then add the cubes of fish and mix well. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours to allow the fish to absorb the flavour.
- Put the other prepared ingredients in a bowl and put the fish mixture in it on low heat until it smells, turn off the heat and let the fish cook for 15 minutes, then add water and leave it to let it cook for another 10 minutes. , then pour it into a bowl, prepare it with red pepper, and serve with rice and health in this place.
