- 3 cups semolina

How to prepare Algerian market al-mule
- We mix the filling, which is pasta dates, flower water, cinnamon and Arabic ghee until you get a uniform paste. We grow it in the form of a finger and 10 cm long. We leave it until the dough is ready. Put semolina, butter, vegetable oil and salt in a large bowl, mix with your hands without kneading, then add water and flower water little by little. And mix well until a uniform mixture is obtained, and let it stand for 30 minutes.
- We collect the dough in our hands to get a simple dough and make it into a 10-centimetre stick, then we spread each finger in the hand, put a finger of filling and close the dough beans on all sides, then we cut it with a knife diagonally until we get pellets, then we put vegetable oil in a hot pan and wait until when it's hot, then we add the pellets to the pan and let it stand for 5 minutes until it turns red and takes. and gold colour.
