- Avocado - Onion - Grapefruit - Salad
- 15 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 300 grams of corn
- To prepare the dressing:
- ¾ cup yoghurt
- 5 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
- 4 tbsp:
- parmesan cheese - lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
- 1/2 teaspoon:
- dried basil - salt
Preparation method
- Put the avocado, onion, grapefruit, lettuce, tomato, and corn in a bowl, and mix the ingredients for the dressing: yoghurt, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, grapefruit, parmesan cheese, dried basil, and salt. Pour over the sliced vegetables, stir well, then pour into a serving bowl.
