Ingredients Bulgur and quinoa salad
- 1 cup:
- red quinoa - coarse bulgur
- ⅔ cup:
- walnuts or walnuts, chopped - green olives, sliced
- ¼ cup:
- raisins - Parmesan cheese, cut into thin and small slices
- 2 stalks of chopped green onions
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil

How to prepare Bulgur and quinoa salad
- Put the quinoa and bulgur in a pot separately over medium heat, add two cups of water and a little salt and pepper to each pot, and leave them after boiling for 12 minutes until fully cooked. Drain each of the water and leave them aside for 30 minutes until they cool down.
- After the required time has elapsed, put the quinoa and bulgur in a large bowl, add the chopped onions, chopped walnuts, sliced olives, crushed garlic, raisins, lemon juice, honey, paprika, and the remaining salt and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are blended, add olive oil and mix.
