- 2 cups rice washed and boiled in half a cup of water and salt
- ½ cup:
- peas or galvanic - pitted and sliced green olives - pitted and sliced black olives
- ¼ cup:
- Olive oil - yellow corn
- 4 carrots (peeled and diced)
- 2 potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 cans of tuna
- 3 tablespoons:
- vinegar - mayonnaise
- 1/3 bunch parsley or mint washed and finely chopped
- ¾ tsp salt
Preparation method Moroccan Macedonian Salad
- Place the potatoes, carrots, peas and corn in a perforated pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and simmer for 30 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Perfectly cooked. Pour into a large pan and add parsley and black olives. Then add the greens, vinegar, salt, and olive oil and mix well until the ingredients overlap and become even.
