  • 2 cups rice washed and boiled in half a cup of water and salt
  • ½ cup:

  • 4 carrots (peeled and diced)
  • 2 potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 3 tablespoons:
  • vinegar - mayonnaise
  • 1/3 bunch parsley or mint washed and finely chopped
  • ¾ tsp salt

Preparation method Moroccan Macedonian Salad

  1. Place the potatoes, carrots, peas and corn in a perforated pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and simmer for 30 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Perfectly cooked. Pour into a large pan and add parsley and black olives. Then add the greens, vinegar, salt, and olive oil and mix well until the ingredients overlap and become even.
