Mushroom and sausage soup A simple soup recipe that is different from the usual. It consists of mushrooms, sausages, carrots, tomatoes, onions and celery. Served for lunch, very tasty and delicious.

- Chopped sausage or sausage ¼ kg
- 2.25 cups:
- sliced mushrooms - water
- 1.25 cups cooked semi-cooked pasta, drained
- 3 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 piece:
- finely chopped onions - carrots, cut into small cubes
- 2 sticks of chopped celery

Preparation method Mushroom and sausage soup
- Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the chopped onions and carrots and stir for 5 minutes, then add the celery and mushrooms and stir for 10 minutes until all ingredients are combined. Then add chopped tomatoes, sausage, salt and pepper. and water.
- Stir the mixture and heat until boiling. Add the boiled noodles and mix, close the lid tightly and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes until thickened. Pour into a serving bowl and serve hot and healthy.
