- ½ kg finely chopped chicken breast
- ¼ kg: mix mozzarella and cheddar cheese - minced kunafa
- 1.5 cups of vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup: heavy bechamel - chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green basil
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- ½ teaspoon: salt - black pepper - paprika - ginger - ground cardamom
How to prepare Osmalia chicken
- Put the chicken in a bowl, add salt, pepper, paprika, cardamom and ginger, and stir well until the ingredients interfere. Then in another bowl mix both the heavy and cold béchamel with the cheese mix, basil, chopped mushrooms and butter and stir well. Then we form equal chicken balls and make a hollow in the middle of each ball. For the prepared mixture, close it well, then wrap it well with Kunafa threads and press it until it sticks completely to the chicken balls.
