The Modus Operandi Of The Yemeni Masob Ornaments

material Yemeni Masoub ornaments

  • 6 slices of banana
  • 2 bags of cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 100 grams of almonds
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 2 loaves of Yemeni Dumai bread, or any type of brown or toasted bread
  • 3 tablespoons Sidr honey or black honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon black cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Preparation method Yemeni Masoub ornaments

  1. Place the butter or Arabic ghee in a bowl over low heat, add the almonds and stir for 30 seconds, then add the raisins and stir well for 3 minutes until the raisins puff and darken. Cut the bowl into small squares and stir for 4 minutes until golden brown. Then, using an electric food processor, mash the bananas until creamy, add to the toast, and stir until thickened, 5 minutes. Then add milk to reduce the thickness, mix well and add half a teaspoon. Add black cumin, cardamom, and half of the toasted almonds and raisins and mix well.
  2. Pour the prepared mixture into a serving bowl and add the cream, then add the black seeds and the remaining almonds and raisins and garnish with Sidr his honey. Eat healthily.
