- 6 slices of banana
- 2 bags of cream
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 100 grams of almonds
- 50 grams of raisins
- 2 loaves of Yemeni Dumai bread, or any type of brown or toasted bread
- 3 tablespoons Sidr honey or black honey
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
- 1 teaspoon black cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
Preparation method Yemeni Masoub ornaments
- Place the butter or Arabic ghee in a bowl over low heat, add the almonds and stir for 30 seconds, then add the raisins and stir well for 3 minutes until the raisins puff and darken. Cut the bowl into small squares and stir for 4 minutes until golden brown. Then, using an electric food processor, mash the bananas until creamy, add to the toast, and stir until thickened, 5 minutes. Then add milk to reduce the thickness, mix well and add half a teaspoon. Add black cumin, cardamom, and half of the toasted almonds and raisins and mix well.
- Pour the prepared mixture into a serving bowl and add the cream, then add the black seeds and the remaining almonds and raisins and garnish with Sidr his honey. Eat healthily.
