What do you know about blisters on the hands

Blisters on the hands can be an annoying and painful nuisance, but they are also a common occurrence. Blisters usually form when skin is repeatedly rubbed or irritated by friction or contact with something rough. Common causes of blisters on the hand include activities such as gardening, playing sports, carrying heavy objects and even typing for long periods of time.

What do you know about blisters on the hands

When blisters develop on your hands it's important to understand what caused them in order to prevent further irritation that could lead to infection. The best way to do this is by wearing protective gloves during activities that may cause blistering such as gardening or working with tools for extended periods of time. Additionally, you should keep your hands clean and dry at all times since moisture can contribute towards developing blisters more quickly than usual due to increased friction between skin layers causing swelling and inflammation which leads directly to blister formation.

If you already have a blister then there are some steps you should take in order to ensure proper healing without any complications arising from improper treatment: First off make sure not to pop the bubble - doing so increases the risk for infections; instead leave it intact until fluid naturally drain out; secondly, apply antiseptic ointment over the affected area; finally cover up the wound using sterile bandage if possible otherwise use adhesive tape/bandage wrap depending upon size & shape of the affected area.

In conclusion, understanding how & why blisters occur along with taking necessary precautions against their development will help reduce chances of getting them while keeping existing ones under control thus avoiding potential health problems associated with untreated wounds like these!
