How to prepare

We turn with a rolling pin, then turn and roll the dough on top of each other and repeat the process several times, so the dough is ready. Then we turn it using a rolling pin to a thickness of 7 millimeters and cut using a circular saw into a circle of equal size, then half of the circle is prepared. Until the full amount is used, let them sit for 35 minutes, then clean the face and the yolk with a teaspoon of vinegar, half in a tray made of parchment paper, put them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 16. minutes until they are cooked and take on a light golden color.
